Villa Ercolano sits on over five acres in the very middle of Italy. It is centrally located outside the walled in town of Citta di Castello.
Bordering the rich Tiber Valley, we are just 30 minutes from Perugia or Arezzo. We are between the Rome & Florence airports. Florence is 75 minutes away and Rome is a two hour and 15 mite drive. You may also access the Villa by taking a train out of Rome, Florence or Perugia to the Arezzo train station.
Transportation to the Villa can also be scheduled for you. We can schedule an airport pick up service for you and your group or arrange a car rental for your stay at the Villa. Rental car locations are also located at both airports, outside of Arezzo or near Citta di Castello.
The Villa is located less then 5 minutes from the I-45 Citta di Castello SUD exit. This makes it very easy to access near by cities for half day and full day trips.
We are a very easy 7 minute drive into the walled in Medieval city of Citta di Castello (City of Castles). Here you can access restaurants, shopping and entertainment as well as living history.
